Contract Initiation: Before commencing any development task, the client is required to pay a contract signing fee.

Flexible Engagement: The client has the option to engage the Company's consulting and development services on an hourly, milestone, or project basis.

Formal Transactions: All contract-related activities must be conducted through the Company's official channels, and payments should be made to the Company's designated account.

Intellectual Property: The client retains full ownership of the source code and NDA for all tasks performed on their behalf until the agreed-upon payment is made. Upon payment completion, all relevant documents and materials will be transferred to the client.

Service Scope: The Company offers comprehensive software development solutions within the legal framework of the UAE government and Free Zone Company regulations.

The Company is committed to protecting client privacy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect personal data necessary for providing our services and fulfilling contractual obligations. This may include contact information, project details, and payment information. We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We may share personal data with third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By engaging the Company's services, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
